Product Performance:
The JH three‑legged top‑discharge centrifuge is a three‑legged, top‑loading, discharge‑type filtration centrifuge designed for batch operation. It is suitable for use in light industry, textiles, chemical engineering, down‑washing, and other sectors.
This machine can efficiently perform operations to remove mother liquor and carry out washing from the filter cake, making it particularly well suited for handling bulk materials such as down‑filled garments and various textiles during the dewatering process.
This machine can also be used to remove solid suspended impurities from liquids and to separate medium‑sized and fine‑powder suspensions. It is particularly well suited for suspensions with good filterability and a high specific gravity of the solid phase, with a particle size range of 0.005 to 10 mm. The moisture content of the resulting filter cake typically ranges from 1% to 15%.
JH centrifuges are typically used in applications where filtration cycles are relatively long and the volume of material to be filtered is small. The duration of each filtration cycle depends on the handling procedures for loading and unloading the material as well as the specific requirements of the process. Centrifuges are generally designed to withstand frequent start‑up cycles, with a minimum interval of at least 15 minutes between starts.

This machine is characterized by its simple structure, smooth operation, and compact footprint. During discharge, the crystal particles in the filter cake remain undamaged. It is suitable for handling materials in various forms—whether in bulk, granular, crystalline, or fibrous—and is therefore widely used in chemical processing and down‑washing industries. However, due to manual loading from the top and poor overall sealing, its application is somewhat limited in high‑volume production settings that demand stringent containment.
